Silenced By My Own Pain

written by: KamealliamG

A choker tightened around my throat
My breath seizes.
A rock mounted upon my chest
My heart freezes.
A needle stuck through my heart
The pain never eases.

Silence.
Silenced by my own pain.
No thoughts, no words.
Just silence.

The choker tightens.
The rock grows.
The needle multiplies.

Bound by three words
Which mean the world
Yet tied back by the pain
The ricochets.

Darkness consumes all hope
It kills all life.
Suffocated by my own emptiness.
Strangled by my own nothingness.

Life,
is but a phase of torture.
The sadistic course of nature
takes its turn.
It intervenes,
defeating.
Killing.
Wiping out.

A genocide it is not.
A murder it is.

Life,
is murderer.
Life,
seizes all life.

Life,
ends itself.
