psychopathic toddler

pick up another barbie doll
play with Ken too
20,30,40
as old as you get
be a child

marriage is for adults
so is responsibility
a house for our parents
love that freedom
the inner-outer child

why be adult
be youthful ever after
but where is the tree
that feeds forever
the money tree in autumn

we want innocence
its gold, platinum, diamond
avert the way so high
so adult, its put aside
abused children, self hating

the timeline's stuck in head
playing like psycopathic
kindergarten toddlers
with Barbie, Ken and friends
adult toys, real people

kidult, adultescent, ladette
Powerpuff Astroboy
permanent form of child
like metal, celluloid skin
regress of identity

grow up monkey bar kid
climb the skyscraper
like King Kong scale the windows
swat those baby mosquito planes
fall from throne to grow again

give Ken and Barbie back their heads
injection mould a penis
Ken's lost as a eunuch
lovely yet innocent
the Barbie house is lonely

the plastic wants to bleed
walls that morph to brick
utensils burn, sting, electrocute
speech that hurts and loves
an honest world; adult
