To my ex-

Remember the awful things you said,
Remember the memories that shall fade,
Remember the hollow look engraved on my face,
Remember the worry you put my friends through.

Remember the heartfelt song I wrote,
Remember the goodtimes, for they were few,
Remember all the times you told me you loved me,
They were clearly fake.

Remember the glares my friends gave you,
Remember the times you never payed attention,
Remember my birthday that you forgot,
Remember the loneliness that ached within me.

Remember that I never cried,
Remember how you embarrased me,
Remember your crappy reason for our break-up,
Remember that I was always there for you,
Remember that I don't regret you, for you taught me a lesson in true love.

Remember that I shall forget you.
