Through the Light Array

written by: rstephens93

What if life is more than we know it to be?
What if there's something we can't seem to see?

And now more than ever, is life really as it seems,
Or is our life just a collaboration of dreams?

Because now that the light has flooded in,
There's thoughts reaching out from within.

And the colors have spread through the light array,
As all my hopes and fears meet the light of day.

Because between you and me,
Between the symmetry,

And across the salty sea,
And pass the oak tree,

There lies a place we used to go,
That place, somewhere only we know.

I think this is well written. I like how you analyze and question.
But I wonder if you can lengthen it? Bring more into it, to the depth of your questions.

I agree with Majestic about the length. I really enjoyed reading this poem, but the ending felt so abrupt. Was their a reason for this? Or is that how you wanted it to end?

Though I am left craving more.
