Tears

written by: morgan4ever

Tears streamed down her face. I lifted her chin and gazed into those hazel eyes. Her makeup was smeared, and her hair crazed. She looked imperfect but she was perfect to me. That long brown hair masking the pained expression. All I could do was hold her. Her eyes were red from the sobbing, and I could feel her shaking. She was trying with all her might to stop the crying, but when we embraced I let her cry. I was there for her. She knew she was safe with me, and I would let no one do any harm.
