The Light In the Darkness

Back to black hearts, no love, darkness. Only a light in the distance, is keeping me alive. But, the light is getting stronger, slowly, and only after years of darkness, but I'm coming back, back to life. It flickers, and then comes back stronger. It goes out, and I'm filled with dark. Hours I sit alone, only to write this poem. Then, before I have time to look up, I'm filled with light, it's too strong, overpowering me, but breathing life into me. I stand up, let it fill me, let it bring me over, to the light, forever love. It tells me, life will be tough, but that it's there for me, and I will make it out alive, loved, and happy. Darkness can't beat out this great light, this great love, my friends, my family, my only one and true love. He is here, for me, embraces me in his arms, kisses me, I'm filled with life, and he is the core, of the brightness, the one, my love.
