Life

written by: cliche

Life is a gift that we wish to preserve.
We watch it float by and don't even observe,
That the good people don't always get what they deserve.

But just when I think life couldn't get worse,
It comes back and licks me as if I've been cursed.
My soul is full and feels the urge to burn,
So please hear this word,
Let wisdom disperse...
