The Wait

Apart of you wishes
that you know what he was thinking right now.
You wonder if its you.
On his mind, just like he is on yours.
Hours seem like days
Days seem like weeks
As you thrive on something
Anything
to hear his voice again.
You wish things were different
That you could find the right words
To say , what he means to you.
Sometimes words are not enough
You want that extra little bit of hope
That waiting around for him to notice you
Will pay off.
If you could find the right words to say
You wouldnt
you would take his hand and promise him
that you will never let it go
You would be his best freind, lover and admirer
Your face would light up when someone said his name
You would be one.
You would laugh at his jokes,
Even if they were stupid
Because he is worth it. Even if waiting is the answer
Its worh the wait.
