A burning meldoy in the depth of my soul
An constant sound in my head so am told
A swarm of feelings put to eurphoic state of mind
A way to let it all go as you lose track of time

A gift from above to those who are worthy of it
A way to let everyone know your not alone if only for a little bit
This thing inside me makes me feel alive
It allows me to shut my eyes and take a dive

It lets me take my mask off at let the world see who I am
Its a way to to inigte passion with a bam
You may wonder what can be so wonderful
I say it's just music

This is amazing! I wish more people felt like this and realized music's importance. Maybe then music programs across the world wouldn't be in jeopardy of being cut!

I love this! I listen to music 24-7, and even though it may not be some that most people enjoy, or something everyone may, I don't care because it is me in that moment and time, or some other moment and time.

You've inspired me to start my own piece on music, which I will work on and post here on this site. =]

Keep writing and listening! It's all around us. =]
