Silent treatment

It must have been a week
since you have talked to me
I don't know why, or what I'v done so wrong
I have waited for you, for so damn long
I'v known you for years,
And now I'm in tears

Can't you see how tired I'v become?
I have been waiting for your love
And now you have gone away
And I'm missing you today
I thought that this was going to be real
As it was my heart that you had to steal

I remember you telling me,
that you do not love me
and wish to take things slow
Babe, why did you go?
Must have been something I had said
Or was it something that I did?
