I Wanna Be Free

I want to be a real true blue one of a kind hero
I'm tired of being nothing more than a zero
I want my friends to see me as this awesome guy
They seem to ignore my attempts to try

I want to feel alive and have the gift of true love
Something as pure as it had to be sent from above
I want to be somebody people look up to
When they are lost and don't know what to do

But there is one thing I don't want to be
That is being too stupid not being able to see
That she was always right in front of me
And she had the key to finally set me free
