Drained, completely and utterly drained
Mentally and physically exhausted
Sitting motionless without a single coherent thought

Always moving and running and doing
Never giving up, never surrendering
Not giving yourself a break or time to think

Thinking can be dangerous
Memories are poison
Self-loathing is useless but unavoidable

Better to simply be drained, completely and utterly drained
Mentally and physically exhausted
