I would wish on a star for you
and every star for the rest of my life
I would memorise your favourite lines of songs
and the lyrics to the rest of it
I would never let you down
and I would be there even when you didn't need me
I would write you a poem just to say what you mean
and an entire book to go with it
You mean the world to me
but the world is not enough
