ven though I sport the smile
Doesn't mean all is well
There are some things I can never tell
And points and thoughts I can never express
The walk to my room seems a mile
And I'm tired inside and out
You ask me what and all about
These weights I carry, these worries and stress
And I'll answer in denial
Lying straight through my teeth
In opposition of the feelings beneath
I'll question more and answer less
As you walk down that aisle
And I'll smile as best as I could
And look happy as a good friend should
And ignore this stain, ignore this mess
