Why is Love So Bitter Sweet

Why is love so bitter sweet? It's sweet like honey yet sticky. No one really knows why it taste so good, but causes such a mess, leaving us all in distress.

It's as bitter as a lemon yet appealing to the eye. In the end you find out love was always lived through lie after lie.

Why does the bitter always out weigh the sweet? Because we do not surrender to the other. Allowing for love to conqour all. So love lives and looses us for nothing at all. Why is love so bitter sweet?

Because true love only lives within those who are willing to accept defeat. Why is love so bitter sweet?
