Yesterday
Is in the past
And today
I fear it will not last
Distant horizon
That seems so vast
But still I run from
The shadows the future casts

I fear all these things that I feel
Aren't right at all
And I do not know myself
I need someone else
To help me through
I need you

So tell me who are you?
Please tell me who are you?
Are you the one who
will make this fade away?
Are you the one who
will take this pain and make it dissipate?

I'm under duress
From this stress
That rests peacefully on my shoulders
Just like this boulder that is life
Ready to roll down onto me

This nonsense
It's useless
It'll spill out of me
Until I am empty
Of words and emotions
I'm an evaporated ocean
Or just an abyss
That nobody will ever miss
Because this means nothing, oh it's true
All of this means nothing without you
