good life

written by: The Writer

Remember the times with the sprinkler and hose?
and you always pointed it up, spraying your nose?

the first day of school
your'e not always cool

you make new friends,
they move, it ends

you see a new kid
your heart will skid

you get older
a little bit bolder

kids start swearing
but you're still bearing

not too swear
you say a quick prayer

you made it through
We are proud of you

start a new school
once again, not cool

seven grade year
all your friends start to cheer

the older kids are mean
always making a scene

you start high school
bend all the rules

you meet a nice person
your life does not worsen

they leave you later
trust me, it gets greater

you go into college
you finally acknowledge

your friends are long gone
though not moved on

they will call you
to regroup with your crew

you get out of school
buy a house and a pool

get a new job
work with some guy named bob

you finally get married
your parents are buried

you have a few kids
always opening lids

making messses for you
its the only thing they can do

you get older and older
still bolder and bolder

your kids move out
you will pout

you get old a pass on
you dont wake up from the dawn

you die happily
never, ever unhappily
