Sunshiny days, with the sky so blue
And today
I want to spend it with you
It's the type of day
You want to call in sick
And sing about
Sun shiny afternoons
And yes it's true
Today is a brand new You

So you think?
You want to go for a walk
Take our time
have a good long talk
About You
Yes, today about You

Sometimes you have to say screw it
Being here is much more worth it
Say hello to the sun so high
It's what makes us
Able to get by
And it's true
Sometimes it is
Just about You

So take my hand
And hold on tight
Together, today we are going to be so bright
Enjoying just one
and other
it's true
I love being with You

In life that's all that matters
And then at the dawning night
We'll go home hearts filled with laughter
Tomorrow is another day
And it's true
It's still about you
Yes it's true
Sometimes it's just about you
