Coming back to my door

written by: UsKidsKnow

How do you think I'm supposed to react
When the girl I love was caught in the act
Then she ran away with nothing but an old sack
And a whole year later came running back

Your hand touches my hand, your lips brush against mine
You tell me, "For our reunion, lets go out and dine"
Your so beautiful, its too hard to resist
As you lean over, wanting to be kissed

You take me out, all over town
Wearing that black and white, poka-dotted gown
There's a growing attraction, some kind of heat
Even though I try, this feeling cant be beat

You push me away, just to reel me back in
You kiss me and say "Give me my sin again"
But where were you the past year
Where was your comfort, when I shed my tears

And so, I left you standing there
WIth your makeup, lipstick, and done up hair
I said I never wanted to see her again
Because I knew the places that she'd been
