Ya pretty little thing
Ya walk on by
Ya don't give a damn
Ya don't give a care

About me or anything
But if ya did maybe
I would be number one
Maybe I could be the one

We could lovers
We could be friends
But to me you're just a passing face
And I'm another batch 'o' scenery

So maybe next time we'll say hi
And it'll hurt to say goodbye
But right now just pass on by
And I'll not catch you with my eye
