I live to hear you breathing in the night
I live to kiss the pain away from your life

And I thought that when I felt your head
Rest against mine
That I felt something
But I passed it off as nothing

I live to feel your fire
I live to warm your heart
I live to tell you that I love you

I thought that when I saw your face
Glow that certain way
That I felt something
But I passed it off as nothing

I live for your voice
I live for your laugh
I live for your overwhelming beauty

and I thought that when I felt you hand
Squeeze mine when you were frightened
That I felt something
