Lamb's Lullaby

written by: Angel MONStER

Quiet eyes, dark and green
Give your secrets unto me.
Hold me tightly, so serene
Coldesque core plays sinfully.

Marvel statue, unmoving emotions
Been here no need for predicting.
Risen high by secret devotions
Drowned by voices continuously conflicting.

Crawling faster, held below
Bleeding hearts can grow so cold.
Crossing endlessly, deathly snow
Searching in hope to see pale gold.

Blood wool, scent so sweet
The ambrosia has a sickening smell.
Cutting imagery, causes deceit
Insanity switched for half-baked intel.

Vampiric soldier, angel's disgrace
Loveless poison seeps through my veins.
Lying gives you a pretty face
Though leaves soul stains.

Innocently sleeping, closely drifting
Placing your heart on your sleeve.
First one, second shifting
Only a minute from you, what I believe

And that is why I need you.
And your sheep's clothing.
