Starting Over

I'm starting over,
And she's the reason.
For something new,
A change in the season.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder,
In pieces so they say.
But now I'm done waiting,
So you just stay away.

Now my world's been given back to me,
No words needed to be spoken,
Her hopes and dreams,
To be left unbroken.

So now I'm staring over,
And you don't have to cry.
I'll be here when you need me,
And you know the reason why.
