I watch as the lights go out
As daylight dies
No room for doubt
[To full of all the lies]

The light reflected from the shattered fragments of your soul
Light my way
For I sold mine long ago
[To be with you another day]

It's left me so numb
And it's not the memories I miss
But I still hold them in parts of me
[That savor every kiss]

Cut your hope
Watch it bleed
Make the choice
[You'll be the death of me]

I don't deserve to have you
Your tears glisten
In the end
[Shh, don't talk just listen]

Will you light my way?
[Now that I'm lost]
Would you lighten my way?
[Help me find the dawn of a dying day]
Won't you light my way?
