The Puzzle With Missing Pieces

written by: OurSacredHonor

Am I completely wrong or just incomplete?
Battle's almost over, the sour smell of defeat
I'm the fallen on the battlefield, outlived my glory days
I'm a failure in this sick, sad world, lay me in my shallow grave

Like a puzzle with missing pieces I can't put me together
Open up Pandora's box to find the meaning of forever
Pull the lever and regret it
Don't say never or forget it
Let it be, let it free
Let everyone see me

Prefrontal lobotomy to give you a piece of me
Harry Carry so you could see my insides more clearly
I'm slowly bleeding to death from my vocal chords
In a death march where no one knows what we're marching towards

Like a puzzle with missing pieces I can't put me together
Open up Pandora's box to find the meaning of forever
Pull the lever and regret it
Don't say never or forget it
Let it be, let it free
Let everyone see me

Stare intently into the mirror trying to see to my insides
I'd like to buy a vowel please, give me an ?i'
Pondering the possibilities, then finally I see
I'd like to solve the puzzle please, "I am just me"

Like a puzzle with missing pieces I can't put me together
Open up Pandora's box to find the meaning of forever
Pull the lever and regret it
Don't say never or forget it
Let it be, let it free
Let everyone see me
