The Singing Sisters Giovanni

written by: gilligan3

Sultry Satin and Laughing Lilac, they're sisters
One a subtle seductress with all the wiles of a woman
The other a gullible giggler of a girl
Both sing a sweet song, for daughters they be of the singing man

Oh don't mistake my mismatching of these musical mistresses
For though they appear opposed to eachother
Each one loves her love with all the fire of a newborn star
Just one smooth in silk and the other laughing in lavender

You should see it when they meet together for tea
The sky clouds over tho the sun still shines as brightly
And the sun and moon seem to touch
Oh tis every star in middady so beautifully seen
When together the sisters Giovanni sing

If ever you should chance upon one
Be careful what you do and for they are alike in one thing alone
Their father's the same and he's taught them the way
They know that if your heart for them is true
For their bed you're willing to wait

Alas! tho i pity you if wait you do not
And wish instead for immediate satisfaction, so wet and hot
For then you might as well to all say goodbye
Because tho the singing man's past lingers in the sky
His children are born of Hell's intolerable fire
And when they're through, you'll wish you could expire

But tis not all they do darkness and death
For any man who catches their breath
Is given the power to protect the ones he loves
And sing away any trouble that comes his way

Oh so if ever you hold the heart of Lilac
Or your arms find the soft embrace of Satin
Be sure it's their love eternal you want
Because it would be a shame
To end the song of The Singing Sisters Giovanni
