Faith

There's no sign of light
I keep on searching in the dark
There's no sign of life
As I walk alone in the park

Deep down inside I look for an answer
Maybe something or someone will become my guide
I tremble with fear and my heart beats faster
Even in the darkness there's nowhere to hide

One day I will come face to face
With the answer I've been searching for
Maybe it won't be in this time or in this space
But one day it will happen I am sure

*Faith...Got to have faith
For there's a reason for everything...(to everything)
Faith...Got to have faith
Baby I have faith in fate

There's no sign of day
Looks like the sun has been burnt out
Living life to a slow decay
But the answer is out there I have no doubt

And I will come face to face
With the truth someday
Maybe not in this time, maybe not in this place
But if the heart is a window
Then the light will penetrate in some way

For there's a reason for everything...(to everything)

Baby I have faith in fate

There're tears running down my face
I've turned fear into courage
I welcome light to my embrace
Its time to turn the page
Break out of this cage
Its time for change
