When first read this... I wasn't really feeling it... but I read it again tonight... and I'm shocked that I didn't love it the first time! This is awesome!

I understand this part completely, no matter how hard you try to not let things happening in your own life get tangled up in your written work - it does.
I think that is where inspiration comes from, whether we wanted it to or not, but in this instance it seems to have worked out in your favour.

It's the irony of inspiration I guess: The lack of inspiration can in and of itself be inspirational. I appreciate all the positive feedback. Glad I could write something my fellow writers could so easily relate to!

The lay out, and idea of it amazes me, its what just about everyone has ever wanted to write, a poem about wanting to write what has never been written, but the idea is even furthur, because its not just a poem that hasnt been written a thousand times, its a poem about not wanting to write whats been written a thousand times

Your Poem is wonderful, I fell right in it! I love these two parts "I could write about my fears
and hope that they're the same as yours
But even if they were
it wouldn't make us open our locked doors
I could write of an incredible journey,
but journeys always come to an end
When exploration becomes destination
what am I to do then?" and "I could write about ideas
and how they've changed the world before
But what good are ideas
if no one thinks of new ones anymore?" They make so much sence, and they tell of what I feel everytime I try to write another piece. You're a brilliant poet! KEEP IT UP!

very entertaining, and I was actually laughing at parts because I was thinking, so true, so true. This is my favourite section I just about spit my coffee on my screen because it sums up relationships very simply yet completely.
