Praise Jesu

Jesus my God
Thanks for being here
From sun, to life and beer
Your grace is just so clear.

Your love is all I need
To drag the devil from my deed
You protect us from any curse
Disease of mortal sin is cured.

My soul bows in your praise
The throne of the universe is yours
For coming here for us
Swapping lives to set us free,

Your forgiveness is forever
Your gift of grace so great
Your care for me amazing
My soul can't stop its praising.

Please Lord, stay near
Though my sin is so repulsive
Forgive me for my failing
My soul begs to see you

I bow to you Lord
Your desire to set me free
I cannot give a thing
Your love complete for me,

I'll give away my life for you
Throw fear of death to dust
Your loving arms will always raise
My feet now walk to your praise.

Praise you Lord
For listening to my words
Though my language is so weak
With you my spirit speaks.
