The Evening Dawns

The evening dawns
As the sun fades away
I think about you throughout every beautiful day
Everything thing I do
It reminds me of you
It brings back the memories I thought I never had
As I look back I remember that day all too well
The way you looked and the way your room smelled
As I think back and put aside everything wrong with me right now
I think about the person I want to be with for the rest of my life
The person that I want to be at the alter to be my wife
The girl I will cherish forever in my heart
The person I will love no matter how far we are apart
You'll never be able to see
How much you mean to me
All the tears we've cried
The laughs we shared
They're etched in my mind forever
These memories I will forget about never
This is poor poetry as it my seem
But no matter what, I know just how much you mean...
