Faraday uttered the kiuuru and Desert Sparrow's stomach quivered. First bloating, then stretching, then a hole on one side. Out of her ribs, a hand, coming down out from under her shirt, reaching up, covered in entrails and waiting for acknowledgement, Chickadee was back.
