Faith Journey

written by: drivenbyadream

Sometimes I forget I don't need to be perfect. Nobodys asking me to be. All I need to be is real and honest and strive for some form of betterness. I know that's not a word but it's my word and my understanding of what it is I'm aiming for. What makes faith real? Committment even when it's hard, honesty even when it hurrts, loving even if it's sacrificial, receiving grace even though it's undeserved, hoping against the hopeless and keeping our eyes on the end goal even when the world is screaming for our sights attention. Faith is working out your salvation in every form. In strength and in weakness, in wholenss and brokeness, in grief and in joy, in hope and in desolation. Faith will be as real as you let yourself be in the journey towards God. So never give up and never let go.
