Bogged down by the everything that's everything
You forget to take a breath, to smell the roses, to look at the world around
You race around finishing one thing starting another and your thoughts zoom from one thing to the next and you feel like you're going nowhere

Then you remember to open up
You put yourself out there
And you realize....

When you fall there are people there to catch you
When you need help they are by your side
You're not alone... you're lucky

You battle anxiety trying to be the "best"
To be "good enough"... to be "perfect"
And while you waste your time trying... you miss out on what matters:

The people who are there to catch you
Who are by your side
And you realize that you're not alone... you're lucky
