A Letter to the Perfect Samaritan

written by: arjjones

Dear Life,

From the time i crossed over into your lands, until this very moment, I have believed in you. I held the strange faith that you would keep me warm, keep me going. You have taken nothing more than is reasonable to ask of one man; you have given more in the span of days than I could have hoped for in years. How odd that you are filled with both fiction and fantasy set in reality. Never ceasing to amaze, you are a precious entitiy. I now believe you, yearn to understand you, and seek your grace in my finite impasse. I have contracted your infectious wonderment, and hope there is no antidote.

In reverence,

A First Mate
