Skip a stone, skip a page

written by: Majestic

Imagine you are on a smooth shore of sand. The ocean, a wide blue is stretched far into the distance before you. A light breeze blows and seagulls cry to the ocean's surface. A smooth, flat stone is in your hand. Your thumb moves over it, mezmorizing its surface.
Than, you throw it.
You watch it skip over the rushing roll of the waves into the distance, lost forever more.
Then, in your mind's eye, the stone is you, skipping over the lines and pages of time. You look at the numbers of time, seeing words instead of numbers and pushing them away. Leaving everything until another page of day comes. But what will you do if that page nevr flips and tomorrow never comes?
Will you be happy with this story? Will you enjoy the memories you have left for people to read?
If not, why skip the pages? Why not read the hididen meanings?
Why skip, when you can swim?
