questions

written by: Ti.anna

When the dream breaks, there you'll be, in a wake of revelation, and tear stained cheeks will be a statement of fashion.
Why is it that you still choose this path? A much treaded on road and painful journey.A journey that ends before it even begins, a journey of temporary bliss and permanant emptiness?
Has love become a mere impulse or does it remain a wholesome emotion that survives the tsunami of trials that are thrown towards you.
Have dreams become a scene out of a television show or are they worth pursuing?
Have friends become family and family become strangers or is blood still thicker than water?
Have the little things in life lost their charm or can i still dance in the rain without being judged?
Has Life lost its meaning because its going too fast and theres less "living" and more surviving?
Why has light become darkness and darkness become the new beginning?
The dream has broken and here i am , in a wake of revelation , and all i can see now is tear stained cheeks, are a statement of fashion

These are some awesome questions posed, and it's true- so many simple things in life like dancing in the rain, or faithfully putting all of your trust into a being and calling it love. Times are changing rapidly, making the personal impersonal. I'm glad you decided to write about a social problem such as this!
