"Sarah, please, can we talk about it?"
"It's over Dan. Leave me alone."
"Sarah, I'm begging you, please."
"Dan." A single tear rolled down my face, "I'm sorry."
"Sarah, please don't do this, I need you."
"stop it."
"I love you."
"If you loved me it would never have happened, you wouldn't have done it."
"it was a mistake."
"I was stupid, I know that now, please don't make this any worse."
"Sarah, I love you, I need you. How can I ever make it up to you, I'm so sorry."
"Its over."
I walked away. I didn't know what else to do. I couldn't face him any more. She wrapped her arms around me and I broke down. "you did the right thing."
"but I love him,"
"if he gets away with it he'll do it again,"
"when things went wrong with you he never said a bad word about you, no matter what I said. Too many times I told myself never to listen again, but I did, because he told me to try again. If I did it with you why can't I do it with him."
"because I'm not your lover, I'm your sister,"
"you didn't know that then." I interrupted
